This document provides information about the legal registrations and compliance status of TheStampO, operated by Kunatic, in the interest of transparency with our users.

1. Business Registration

2. GST Registration

• Valid From: 21 January 2026
• GST on Services: App is currently 100% free; 18% GST will apply to any subscription or service fees if introduced in the future

3. Google Play Store Registration

• Google Play Developer Account: Enrolled under Kunatic
• App Name: TheStampO
• Content Rating: IARC — Teen 13+
• In-App Payments: None at present (v1 is 100% free)
• Data Safety Section: Declared in Google Play Console, consistent with our Privacy Policy

4. Apple App Store Registration

• Apple Developer Program: Enrolled under Kunatic
• App Name: TheStampO
• Content Rating: Apple App Store age-rating questionnaire (target: 13+)
• In-App Payments: None at present. Any future digital subscription on iOS must be offered through Apple In-App Purchase
• App Privacy: App Store Connect privacy labels declared, consistent with our Privacy Policy
• Sign in with Apple: Offered on iOS alongside Sign in with Google, in line with App Store Review Guidelines

5. Compliance

Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — TheStampO collects only data necessary to provide our service, retains it only as long as required, offers in-app account deletion, and maintains a Grievance Officer at thestampoapp@gmail.com.

Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — Our refund terms for any future paid features are structured in compliance with this Act. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Information Technology Act, 2000 — All agreements entered into through the TheStampO platform are valid electronic contracts under the IT Act, 2000.

Indian Contract Act, 1872 — All Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

6. Data Processors

TheStampO relies on the following third-party providers:

• Supabase — account authentication (Google, Apple, and optional email-and-password sign-in, including password-reset emails), cloud database, private file storage, and server functions, used to sign you in and to back up stamp photos, notes, location tags, and collections
• Google — Sign in with Google
• Apple — Sign in with Apple (iOS)
• Expo — app platform and notification delivery

TheStampO does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.

7. Open-Source Licenses

TheStampO is built on open-source software, notably React Native, Expo, React Navigation, and the Supabase JavaScript client (all MIT licensed), used within the application. The app itself is proprietary and distributed as a compiled application. Copyright and licence notices for these components remain with their respective authors.
